Dr. Michael Norvell completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, Arlington, and earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Indiana University and his fellowship in allergy and immunology at Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Norvell is board certified in internal medicine and allergy and immunology. He is also secretary for the Tennessee Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the Southeastern Allergy Society and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. His clinical interests include treating eosinophilic esophagitis.
Dr. Norvell enjoys fishing, playing baseball and basketball, running, movies and sitcoms, and spending time with his children.
